PropertyTracker is a property portfolio management app for iOS. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Data You Enter

All property data, financial records, maintenance jobs, leases, inspections, reminders, and documents you enter are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This data is never transmitted to our servers.

3. Subscription Data

PropertyTracker uses RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. When you subscribe, RevenueCat processes your purchase through Apple's App Store. RevenueCat may collect your Apple App Account Token and purchase history to verify your subscription status. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.

We do not collect analytics or crash reports beyond what Apple provides through App Store Connect.

Since all your data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by deleting the app. There is no account to delete and no server-side data to request.
